Meditation

Meditation is the process of focusing attention and quieting the 'mental chatter'. This practices helps us to become more familiar with our inner world, inner voice, allowing us to be more open and less judgmental. Meditation can steady the mind, moving us from the analytical mind into our intuitive wisdom.

Relaxed concentration, guided and led by an instructor to achieve physical, emotional and mental healing and connectedness.

Mindfulness Meditation

Involves focusing on the present moment and paying attention on purpose. With increased concentration using the breath as a focal point one becomes more centered, focused and aware of self.

Focuses on the body in motion, while inviting you to be present in the body, expanding your awareness and connecting  to self.
