We were born to move. Movement awakens our sacred body temple and activates inner harmony. As you move the body it enhances your energy flow, can boost your mental well-being, reduce stress and enhance your quality of life.

Meditation in Motion

A practice of  whole body movement, stretching to promote energy flow for harmonizing the mind and body. The breath guides us to be present in the body.

Yoga

Yoga as a movement practice helps to relieve stress and increase body awareness.

Dance n' Glo

This movement practice is designed to soothe common pain points like the shoulders, hips and lower back, while grounding and centering the body. Each movement opens the pathway for reintegration into the body through breath awareness and energy movement.
